Kirkgunzeon dog and puppy mini sessions
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing mini sessions at Kirgunzeon Canines. If you haven’t heard of them Kirgunzeon Canines is a freedom field for dogs on the way to Dalbeattie. Emma who owns and runs the field is a big animal lover and put on an event last weekend that raised £1056 for two charities Lost Dogs Dumfries and Greyhound Rescue. What an amazing achievement! Well done to everyone involved.
So when I turned up for the sessions it was so hot. In fact, it might have been the hottest day of the year. But we had some shade with lots of places to cool off and get some water. In fact, a lot of my new four-legged friends ended up in the paddling pool. To be honest i wouldn’t have minded a seat in there too.
This was my first time doing dog mini sessions and it was so lovely meeting these beautiful dogs and puppies and their human friends. I really tried to capture each little personality and the connection they have with us. It was such a fun day I got lots of doggy smiles and face licks (I’m just at the right height when I’m taking pictures) 😊
So when Emma asked me to come back later this month I jumped at the chance.
As you can see we all had a great day and I loved every minute of it.
